Feilden Fowles

Architecture

Feilden Fowles is a London-based architectural practice, founded in 2009 by Fergus Feilden and Edmund Fowles. The practice specialises in delivering sustainable buildings that are rich in character and distinct in identity. Projects are inspired by local vernacular and apply innovations in sustainable technologies and construction techniques to existing and proven typologies. In all sectors, the approach is both academic and hands-on, researching techniques and precedents while making large-scale mock-ups and testing the physical and visual properties of materials to produce a scheme that is flexible and adaptable for the long-term.
